American Criminal Justice Association
A National Fraternity of Criminology majors. ACJA has weekly meetings that showcase
speakers from all facets of law enforcement, from the local level to federal. ACJA
also competes in regional and national competitions with other universities from
around the nation.
Alpha Phi Sigma
Alpha Phi Sigma was established to recognize excellence by undergraduates and graduate
students in the criminal justice sciences. As a member, you are entitled to graduate
USF with a honors sash, as well as obtain a significant resume for your resume.
Meetings of Alpha Phi Sigma for members will be held on select Mondays at 5:00 P.M.
in the Criminology Office Area, SOC 313. For exact dates please email

We are discussing future projects and activities for this semester,
including: Selecting Guest Speakers, Valentine's Day Fundraiser, Mock LSAT/GRE Tests,
and Rape/Sexual Harrassment Projects.
If you are not a member of Alpha Phi Sigma and would like to join, undergraduates
must be a Criminology Major or Minor and have a 3.2 overall GPA and a 3.2 major
GPA, as well as having completed at least 4 courses in Criminology. Graduate
students must have a 3.4 GPA in graduate school.

Phi Sigma provides awards, grants and scholarships to its students members on an
